The movement grows angry and threatening a coup if no agreement

Players have until Wednesday to respond to the 'ultimatum' of the NBA and it looks like they will say no. The players union president Derek Fisher said he would not vote on the offer of the owners, although many U.S. media. UU. point to a meeting of the 30 union leaders from each team on Tuesday. Although players have until Wednesday, the anti-Fisher have already begun to move to respond with gestures: dissolve the union.

According to ESPN players 'outraged' supporters of the union's dissolution would be collecting signatures against time to reach 30% required to submit the proposal to dissolve the National Working Committee of the United States before Wednesday. In total 130 players needed willing to ask the dissolution in writing, something that Paul Pierce thinks he can get on these two days and working on it since last Friday . Although it only takes just over fifty, who are in favor of signing or dissolve almost 200.

Some players like Deron Williams support this movement to end the union, but considers it late, "I have been ready to present the request to dissolve the union from Julia? I can not believe that this time we make that choice." The dissolution process needs 45 days of study by the committee work since the application is submitted.

After this process, the application is submitted to a vote by union members and then dissolve it and start negotiating with the NBA. If this process is complete, imply that the NBA season would be practically lost, but the good news is that while the formalities are met, the union may continue to negotiate with the NBA, with the pressure of its members not to sign against agreement 50-50.

In this scenario agents into action. Since the beginning of summer were the supporters of the solution, and now help and inform their players about the matter. Many have been commissioned to sound out their constituents and the majority are in favor of starting the proceedings if no agreement on Wednesday, as after the offer from the NBA will be worse than today. The option of dissolving the union to promote a new negotiating framework set out in the summer and some of the major players in the NBA, those known as the 'Big 7', such as Arn Tellem, Bill Duffy, Leon Rose, Dan Fegan, Jeff Schwartz, Mark Bartelsteiny Henry Thomas.

The owners hope that the players vote on the current offer, due to the division that exists in the union . While their representatives were closed to the ultimatum, it is possible that many players eager to play and collect, they want this agreement and this will be manifested in a vote, reflected in the application for dissolution.
