The PSG does not close the door or Beckham or Eto'o

The Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), revived after the Qatari capital input in the club, not closing the door to the addition of players like David Beckham and Samuel Eto'o in the January transfer window but nothing is closed, according to director sports, Leonardo.

"Anything can happen," says Leonardo in an interview published Tuesday 'L'Equipe' in the case of English, with whom the club is in talks for possible arrival in Paris, but stresses that the Beckham family is very important for the player and it seems happy living in Los Angeles.

In any case, Leonardo does not believe that the physical condition of the player, 36, is a deterrent because "if it could, it would not," said the Brazilian, who recalled that other veterans like Zanetti, 38, resigned from the Paris club believing that he could not give his best.

In any case, Leonardo denied that one of the requirements of the former player of Manchester United and Real Madrid was the signing of a long contract because "it's a smart player who never asked that anyone" because "it does not exist."

On the case of Eto'o, Leonardo did not rule out the possibility that former Barcelona striker landfall in the PSG during the winter break in the Russian league, but predicts complications in case of injury in Paris from Cameroon, the highest-paid player salaried world and FC Anzhi Makhachkala.

"The door is open" but "just come to his club, which has made a major investment. If you come during the winter lull there is no risk of injury, do not know ...", Leonardo doubt.

Ancelotti meeting with
PSG's sporting director, first in the French league with three points ahead of Montpellier, denied that the club was planning the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti to replace Antoine Kombouaré on the bench, although he acknowledged having met him.

"I was in Paris and I've seen, yes. I have also seen Kaka. I see many people without you (reporters) know it," said Leonardo, who said his job involves "meeting with many people, not necessarily to hire but to build a network "of contacts.
