Mitch Kupchak charge against Shaq and the guilt of leaving the Lakers

Shaquille O'Neal is breaking down opponents off the court with the same ease with which the grave when hand dunk. The only difference is that now it has changed the ball and the rim by the words. Not five months ago and retired from basketball in active and none of his former colleagues have been spared criticism.

Kobe Bryant , LeBron James , Rajon Rondo and now Mitch Kupchak, general manager of Los Angeles Lakers, have been victims of his sharp pen. According reveals Shaquille, Kupchak had promised him a contract extension after the 2003-2004 season, provided they do not make public the negotiation process by either party. However, when the season ended Kupchak gave an interview in which he revealed plans to retain the franchise Kobe and maintain an option on Shaq. These statements were the beginning of the end.

"That was it. It was the end for me in the uniform of the Lakers. Mitch broke our agreement. How could I trust him again?" Shaquille writes in his book. "For months I was hoping that Kupchak told me I was getting old and needed younger players. I thought I would say that Jerry Buss did not want to pay for me and I want Kobe either. However, that conversation never took place and asked for the transfer. I could not rely more on Mitch and it was clear Kobe was now the one who was in charge. "

The one pound, for now, the criticism of 'The Big Aristotle' is the Lakers owner Jerry Buss. According to NBC was Buss who gave the order not to renew Kupchak O'Neal earlier in the preseason when he shouted during a preseason game to pay him more. The U.S. network said that this was really the day you signed Shaq leaving the Lakers.
