Hoffenheim's players accused of lying to the referee Raul

Hoffenheim goalkeeper, Tom Starke, accused of "lying" to the Spanish striker Raul Gonzalez Blanco after the goal he scored on Saturday in the victory of Schalke (3-1) and scored on contact with his arm.

"He scored the goal with his hand and it was not legitimate. The referee asked him and he denied it. Apparently, an athlete and also needs to lie," Starke said the end of the match that ended with victory by Schalke 3-1.

Defender Edson Braafheid also Hoffenheim, said he heard a "nein, nein" (no, no) on the part of Raul when the referee asked if he had scored the goal with his hand.

Raul, after the match, admitted having touched the ball with his hand but said there had been no intent.

"It really touched the ball with his hand but there was no intent. For me it was a clear and legitimate goal," said Raul.
